Michael Angarano plays Will, the teenage son of superheroes The Commander (played by Kurt Russell) and Jetstream (played by Kelly Preston).
Will is sent to Sky High, a school specifically designed for the offspring of superheroes but unfortunately discovers that he is totally bereft of any special powers.
As he struggles to live up to his family’s reputation he finds himself faced with additional problems such as dealing with the school bully and attempting to foil an evil supervillain.
Russell is hilarious as the superhero dad who cannot understand his son’s shortcomings and he is ably supported by Kelly Preston and Bruce Campbell.
This is terrific family entertainment that is perfect for the half-term holidays.
